THE ETHOS

THE ART OF THE UNSCRIPTED MOMENT.

THE DOCUMENTARY PERSPECTIVE

I don’t view a wedding as a production. I view it as a series of decisive moments—some loud and chaotic, some quiet and heavy.

Living on a narrowboat teaches you to notice the details: the way the light hits the water at dawn, the rhythm of the canal, and the necessity of being intentional with your space and your time. I bring that same focus to your day. I am not there to direct or to dominate; I am there to observe.

THE ANALOGUE TOOLS

I work with Leica cameras. They are small, discreet, and silent. They allow me to move through a crowd without being “the photographer.” This isn’t about gear; it’s about access. Because I don’t carry a heavy rig or a massive flash, I can get closer to the real energy of the room.

THE PHOTOGRAPHY SOUL

My work is rooted in the grain of analogue film and the depth of high contrast. I trade perfection for personality. I want you to look back at your archive and remember how the day felt, not how a photographer told you to stand.

NO STAGING. NO PRODUCTION CREWS.
NO CHEESE.
