Wedding Photography and Film Prices
Clear pricing for documentary wedding photography and films
I keep wedding coverage simple because couples do not need confusing package tiers. The main options are stills, films, or a combined photography and film collection.
The approach is calm, honest and story-led. I focus on real moments, atmosphere, movement, speeches, family, friends and the feeling of the place.
The Stills
Wedding photography from £1,295
This is for couples who want pure documentary wedding photography. The day is photographed naturally, without turning the wedding into a production.
Most of the coverage is observational, although I give light direction when it helps for family photographs and relaxed portraits.
- Full-day wedding photography
- Coverage from morning preparations through to the evening
- One photographer
- 500+ edited high-resolution images
- Private online gallery to share with family and friends
- Unlimited personal printing rights
- Preview images shortly after the wedding
- Calm documentary coverage with light direction where needed
The Film
Wedding films from £2,000
This is for couples who want the emotion of moving image, real sound and atmosphere. The film is built from the actual day, rather than staged scenes or repeated moments.
Ceremony audio, speeches, laughter, room sound, movement and music all help shape the final story. As a result, the film feels personal rather than generic.
- Full-day wedding film coverage
- Coverage from preparations through to the evening
- One videographer
- Story-led cinematic highlight film
- Full ceremony film with clean audio edit
- Full speeches film with clean audio edit
- Drone coverage where suitable
- Private online delivery
Drone coverage depends on the venue, weather, permissions and safety on the day.
The Extended Film
Extended wedding films from £2,700
This is for couples who want a fuller, more immersive wedding film with more room for ceremony, speeches, sound, atmosphere and story.
The extended edit gives the film more breathing space. It works well when you want a deeper family archive, not just a short highlight film.
- Everything included in The Film
- Longer 15 to 20 minute documentary edit
- More ceremony, speeches and readings woven into the story
- Audio keepsake of vows and speeches
- Drone coverage where suitable
- Private online delivery
The extended film is the better option if speeches, vows, readings and family voices matter as much as the visuals.
Photography and Film Collection
Photography and film from £2,950
This is for couples who want the complete story in stills and motion, with a consistent look and one joined-up approach.
The coverage is still documentary and low-pressure. However, the structure gives more room to capture both strong photographs and meaningful film without stretching the day too thin.
- Full-day wedding photography
- Full-day wedding film coverage
- 500+ edited high-resolution images
- Story-led cinematic highlight film
- Full ceremony film
- Full speeches film
- Private online gallery
- Private online film delivery
- Consistent look across photography and film
- One creative approach from planning to delivery
For some weddings, a second photographer or additional filmmaker will be recommended. I will be clear about this before you book because the priority is doing the work properly.

Tailor Your Coverage
You can keep things simple, or add extra coverage where it genuinely improves the final story.
The Love Story Interview
A filmed interview with you both, captured separately so the answers stay honest and natural. This can be used within your wedding film to add more depth, voice and personal meaning to the story.
The questions are simple and relaxed. They might cover how you met, what you love about each other, what the wedding means to you and the things you may not say out loud on the day itself.
The Love Story Guest Edit
A more detailed version of the Love Story Interview, with short messages from selected guests as well as interviews with you both.
Guests can share a memory, a love story, a funny moment or a few words for the future. This works well as part of the longer documentary edit, or as a separate keepsake to watch back with family and friends.
The Social Teasers
A short vertical edit for couples who want a quick, high-energy film for Instagram, TikTok or sharing with family and friends.
This can usually be delivered shortly after the wedding, depending on travel, timings and the coverage booked.
Aerial Cinema
Drone footage can add scale, landscape and a stronger sense of place. It works especially well for countryside venues, estates, barns and coastal settings.
However, it depends on venue permission, weather, airspace restrictions and whether it adds anything meaningful to the final film.
The Analogue Edit
The Analogue Edit adds the nostalgic texture of 35mm film to your digital wedding gallery. I shoot a curated set of film frames throughout the day to bring grain, grit and soul into the final collection.
- 5 rolls of professional 35mm film
- Approximately 150 frames
- Hand-developed film
- High-resolution scans
- Images blended into your final gallery
Second Photographer
A second photographer is useful for larger weddings, separate morning preparations, tighter timelines and ceremonies where extra angles matter.
- Both partners’ preparations covered where practical
- Alternative ceremony angles
- More candid guest coverage
- Extra reactions during speeches
- Stronger coverage for weddings with 100+ guests
Albums and Prints
Albums and prints are personal choices, so I do not force one supplier or package. Depending on budget and finish, I can suggest options from high-end album makers through to simpler online print solutions.
Audio Matters
A wedding film is not only about beautiful images. The sound of your vows, speeches, laughter and room atmosphere can become the most valuable part of the film.
That is why clean audio is central to my film coverage. Ceremony audio and speeches are recorded properly where possible, then shaped into films that feel personal and easy to return to.
The audio keepsake can also be supplied as a separate file, so you can listen back to vows, speeches and voices without needing to watch the full film.
Where I Work
I work across Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds, Berkshire, Bristol, London and selected UK locations.
I am based in Oxford and also split time along the Kennet and Avon. Therefore, Berkshire, Bath, Bristol and the wider South sit naturally within my wedding photography and film coverage.
Travel is included for many local weddings. For longer UK or destination commissions, I will confirm any travel costs clearly before you book.
How Booking Works
Start by sending your date, venue and a few details about the day. I will confirm whether I am available and suggest the best coverage option.
If the style feels right, we can arrange a quick call. After that, your date is secured with a completed booking form and a 25% booking fee.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
Is This the Right Fit?
This is usually the right fit if you want calm documentary coverage, real moments and a gallery or film that still feels like your wedding.
It works well for couples who care about atmosphere, family, friends, place and feeling more than stiff posing or trend-led images.
I limit the number of weddings I take on each year, so every gallery and film has the attention it needs.
