READING, WINDSOR, ASCOT AND THE WIDER BERKSHIRE AREA
I photograph weddings across Berkshire, including Reading, Windsor, Maidenhead, Ascot, Wokingham, Newbury, Hungerford, Bracknell, Pangbourne and the surrounding villages.
Across the county, weddings can feel very different. Some unfold in manor houses and country estates, while others sit closer to the Thames in town venues, private gardens, hotels, barns or village churches.
Although the setting changes, the approach stays consistent: calm documentary coverage, strong observation and photographs that feel like the day itself.
QUIET CAMERAS. STRONGER OBSERVATION.
The Leica system suits the way I photograph weddings. Smaller cameras, fewer interruptions and a quieter presence help me stay close to the day without pulling people out of it.
For Berkshire weddings, that matters. Historic rooms, riverside venues, private homes, crowded dancefloors and country estates do not need heavy production around them. Instead, they need attention, timing and a photographer who can work inside the atmosphere without flattening it.
So the point is not the camera. It is what the camera allows: honest documentary wedding photography with weight, movement and soul.
